Return Policy
We hope you’ll love your purchase from Signature Dress, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as everything is in its original, unworn condition.
You’ll simply cover the return postage plus a flat £20 handling charge per order.
This is the maximum you’ll ever pay — even if you ordered multiple items.
If you keep at least one item from your order, there’s no handling charge at all, and you’ll only pay the return postage for the items you send back.
There’s also no handling charge if you choose to exchange or request a credit note.
STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR 12 MONTHS.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please log in to your account on our website using the same method you used at checkout — either your email address or Shop Pay.
Once logged in, submit a return request for the item(s) you’d like to send back.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be approved.
After approval, you’ll receive full instructions on how to return your item(s).
There’s no need to message us — everything is handled through your online account.
Terms & Conditions
Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or perfume or smoke odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the return back. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to deliver this back to the seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, failure to report damages within this timeframe can result in a declined claim.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
