Return Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Signature Dress. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 21 days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for the cost to return the item(s) plus a handling surcharge of 5%. There is no surcharge if you are exchanging for an alternative item.
We can arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel and return it back to us. This is priced at £8.95 and the cost will be deducted from your refund. return labels apply to UK customers only.
Terms & Conditions
Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or perfume or smoke odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 3 business days of receiving the return back. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
