Return Policy
Our returns policy offers two options. The first option is to receive a credit note for the full value of your purchased item (Valid for 12 months). The second option is to receive a cash refund, with a small charge of 5%, this is to cover the bank handling charge and packaging.
Returns, including sale items, are accepted within 14 days from date of delivery.
We can arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel and return it back to us. This is priced at £8.95 and the cost will be deducted from your refund. return labels apply to UK customers only.
Terms & Conditions
Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or perfume or smoke odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the return back. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
