We allow 90 minutes for your appointment and allow 3 guests per visit.

We primarily operate as an online business and do not have a physical storefront. However, due to the high volume of requests from our customers, we have adapted our family bungalow to include two rooms specifically designated for customer fittings. As this is our family home, we operate on an appointment-only basis.

As you enter, you will notice a large TV displaying all the items I have carefully curated for Mother of the Bride outfits. This visual display allows us to easily review and discuss the various options available to you.

Together, we will go through your specific requirements and preferences. Whether you have a particular style in mind or need guidance, I am here to provide the best advice possible. My goal is to ensure you make a confident and informed decision.

Once we have discussed your needs, I will handpick a selection of items for you to try on. This personalized approach allows us to focus on finding the perfect outfit that makes you feel beautiful and confident on your daughter's special day.

Feel free to take photos and capture those precious moments without any restrictions. We want you to feel relaxed and enjoy this experience to the fullest. 

Yes we live on a private road where street parking is available free of charge.

For our Saturday appointments at Signature Dress, a maximum of three people can attend per booking, including the customer and up to two additional guests. Please note that children are not permitted at appointments.

You can change or cancel your Saturday appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you attend your appointment, you will receive a gift card for the full value of any charges.

Children are not permitted at Signature Dress appointments. Guests are limited to you and up to 2 additional adults to ensure a comfortable and focused shopping experience.
