Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Signature Dress. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for the cost to return the item(s) plus a small handling surcharge of 5%. There is no surcharge if you return for and request a credit note.
* ITEMS WITH A FINAL SALE BADGE ARE ACCEPTED AS PART OF OUR RETURNS POLICY, HOWEVER, A CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED ON THESE ITEMS ONLY.
STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR 12 MONTHS.
Terms & Conditions
Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or perfume or smoke odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the return back. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to deliver this back to the seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, failure to report damages within this timeframe can result in a declined claim.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
