Fit Advice: We find this style comes up generous, so if you are between sizes we would recommend choosing the smaller size.

Postage Policy


Shipping & Delivery

 

Orders placed by 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.
In some instances, dispatch may be the following working day.
Once your order has been sent, the average delivery time is 1–3 working days.

Shipping costs are none refundable.

Bespoke orders - allow upto 2 weeks for your order to made and distributed. 

If delays occur due to weather, courier issues or other external factors, this is unfortunately outside of our control.

If you need something urgently, please contact us prior to ordering, We always try to accommodate last‑minute requests and will do our very best to help.


Choice of Delivery Address

If you would like your order delivered to an address different from your billing address, simply enter the alternative delivery address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be amended.

 


Customs & Duties

We ship internationally, and customs processes vary by country. Any import duties, VAT or handling fees applied by the destination country are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Ireland
Most orders to Ireland arrive without additional charges, but customs processes can vary. Any VAT or handling fees applied by Irish customs remain the customer’s responsibility.

France
Orders sent to France may be subject to import VAT or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by French customs and are not included in your order total.

Australia
Most clothing orders sent to Australia do not incur customs duty, as apparel is generally duty‑free under AUD $1,000. However, Australian Border Force may apply GST (10%) or handling fees depending on the value of your order. Any such charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

 

Return Policy

Return Policy

We hope you’ll love your purchase from Signature Dress, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as everything is in its original, unworn condition.

You’ll simply cover the return postage plus a flat £20 handling charge per order.
This is the maximum you’ll ever pay — even if you ordered multiple items.

If you keep at least one item from your order, there’s no handling charge at all, and you’ll only pay the postage costs.

There’s also no handling charge if you choose to exchange or request a credit note.

Postage costs are none refundable

 

STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR 12 MONTHS.

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return simply log into your self service account here

Once logged in, submit a return request for the item(s) you’d like to send back.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be approved.
After approval, you’ll receive full instructions on how to return your item(s).

There’s no need to message us — everything is handled through your online account.


Terms & Conditions

Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or perfume or smoke odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the return back. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to deliver this back to the seller. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items collected or bought in store as sold as seen and excluded from any returns. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, failure to report damages within this timeframe can result in a declined claim.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
